Coal Preparation Plant ：Centrifuge Equipment Installation and Commissioning
On February 26, 2025, Judun Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation and commissioning of the centrifuge at the Xinqiao Coal Preparation Plant of Henan Energy Yongmei Group.
And this project is another milestone in Judun’s commitment to providing high-quality mining equipment and technical support to the coal industry.
1.About the Companies
JU DUN Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer specializing in the research, development, production, and installation of mining machinery. The company is known for its advanced technology and high-performance equipment, particularly in coal processing.
Henan Energy Yongmei Group Xinqiao Coal Preparation Plant is an important coal processing facility under Henan Energy Yongmei Group. The plant is responsible for washing and refining coal to improve its quality and market value.
2.Project Objectives
The purpose of installing the centrifuge is to increase the plant’s coal dewatering capacity and production efficiency and reduce operating costs. The newly installed equipment will greatly help optimize the coal washing process by improving water removal efficiency.
3.Centrifuge Equipment Overview
The centrifuge installed at Xinqiao Coal Preparation Plant is designed for efficient fine coal dehydration. It has high separation capacity, stable operation, energy saving and environmental protection.
Before installation, the project team conducted a thorough site inspection to ensure that the installation process went smoothly. The centrifuge was delivered on time, and all necessary preparations, including foundation setup and electrical connections, were completed in advance.
4.Technical training and handover
After the centrifuge equipment was installed, it was tested and showed that the equipment performed well in the test, operated stably, and met the expected technical requirements.
After successful installation and testing, the centrifuge was officially handed over to Xinqiao Coal Preparation Plant. Both parties signed the acceptance documents, marking the completion of the project.
At the same time, to ensure proper operation and maintenance, Ju Dun Mining Machinery provided on-site training for coal preparation plant personnel.
