  • Banana screen is also called equal thickness screen. According to the equal thickness screening principle, the screen surface angle is designed to be continuous and multi-angle, and the angle decreases from the feed end to the discharge end. Under the same vibration intensity, the materials in each section on the screen surface can obtain different throwing intensity and movement speed (decreasing in sequence), so that the thickness of the screen surface layer remains unchanged or decreases from the feed end to the discharge end.
  • The overall modular design is adopted, with high screening efficiency, convenient maintenance, stable operation and low noise.
